This Disclaimer applies to the Sentinel Core Vision software, launcher, local dashboard, websites, and related materials (together, the "Software"), provided by Sentinel Core Vision, a sole proprietorship. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy. Sentinel Core Vision is a general-purpose, configurable computer-vision application with a local tuning dashboard. It is a tool: it processes the inputs you give it and produces outputs based on the models and settings you choose. It does not make decisions for you, and it is not a substitute for your own judgement. You decide how, where, and whether to use it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or be compatible with your specific hardware, drivers, or configuration.

We aim to keep the Software and related services working well, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors. Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, or by third-party software, hardware, or platforms outside our control.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Software and for the inputs and outputs you choose to process. You agree to use the Software responsibly and to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you, as well as the terms, rules, and policies of any third-party software, platform, service, or hardware you use the Software alongside. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from your misuse of the Software, or from factors outside the Software itself — including your hardware, drivers, models, configuration, environment, network, or third-party products and services. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory laws that apply to you, including consumer-protection laws in your country of residence. Where such laws apply, they take precedence over anything in this page to the contrary.
