Check that your PC can run it

Sentinel runs on your own PC, so how it feels depends on your hardware. Our refund policy does not cover a PC that falls below the published requirements, so take a minute to check before you pay.

Recommended Tested

  • NVIDIA RTX 3060, RTX 4060, RTX 5050 or better (6 to 8 GB)
  • 6-core processor or better
  • 16 GB of memory
  • Capture card at 120 fps

Minimum Expected

  • Dedicated graphics card with 4 GB: NVIDIA GTX 1650 / RTX 3050 class, or the AMD / Intel equivalent
  • 4-core / 8-thread processor

Every setup also needs Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a capture source, a supported output device and about 15 GB of free disk space. The Recommended column is measured on an RTX 5050 laptop. The Minimum column is our estimate while lower-end testing continues, so if your PC is near it, run the free benchmark first.

Billing questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time from your license portal — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, with no further charges.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working and we can't get it running on your setup, reach out in Discord and we'll make it right. Refund details are covered in our Refunds policy linked in the footer.
How do I get my key after paying?
Your license key is issued in seconds at checkout and emailed to you. Paste it into the launcher on first run — it binds to your PC and activates the engine right away.
Do I pay again for updates?
No. Every update — new tracking engines, models, and features — is included on both plans. Lifetime in particular is a single payment with no renewals, ever.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, so all major credit and debit cards are accepted. We never see or store your card details.
Can I move my license to a new PC?
Yes. Your license binds to one machine at a time, but you can release it from the old PC and re-activate on a new one from your license portal. If you get stuck, Discord support can reset it.
