Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Sentinel Core Vision and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital content & immediate access

Sentinel Core Vision is digital content delivered electronically. When you purchase and activate a licence, you get access to download and use the Software straight away.

2. Your statutory withdrawal right (EU / UK and similar)

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another region with a statutory "cooling-off" right, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, this right can end early once supply begins, if you have expressly agreed to it. By purchasing and activating your licence, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once download or activation has started. If you have not yet activated or downloaded, your withdrawal right still applies within the period.

3. Our voluntary refund promise

Beyond your statutory rights, if within 3 days of purchase the Software genuinely does not work on a supported configuration and we cannot resolve it with you, contact us and we will provide a refund for that purchase. To help us help you, please reach out and describe the problem before requesting a refund.

When a refund may not apply

• you simply changed your mind after activating and using the Software (subject to your statutory rights above);
• your system does not meet the published requirements, or you are missing required hardware you did not have when purchasing;
• the issue is caused by third-party software, hardware, or a platform change outside our control; or
• the licence has been shared, resold, or misused in breach of our Terms.

4. Subscriptions & cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then. We do not generally refund the current period once it has started, except where required by law or where Section 3 applies.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or message us on Discord with your purchase email and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; your bank or card provider may take a few business days to post it.

6. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the associated licence while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
